For each delivery, PropanePal lets you record the date, gallons delivered, total cost, cost per gallon, any fees charged separately (fuel surcharges, hazmat fees, delivery fees), supplier name, and optional notes. The app calculates price per gallon automatically from the cost and gallons you enter.
What is the difference between a propane delivery and a propane refill?
A delivery is when a supplier truck comes to your property and fills your fixed propane tank. A refill is when you take a portable cylinder (like a 20 lb grill tank) to a filling station. PropanePal tracks both, but they are logged as separate types of fill events in the app.
Can I track deliveries from multiple suppliers?
Yes. Each delivery entry includes a supplier field. If you switch suppliers, use different suppliers for different properties, or compare prices between companies, the full history is preserved with the supplier name attached to each delivery.
Does logging a delivery update my tank level?
